Ideal Foods & Catering Services (Ideal Caterers) provides catering services and/or supply of processed, ready-to-cook, or frozen food items based on customer requirements, availability, and confirmation.
Orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on menu, quantities, delivery/service requirements, pricing, and schedule.
Changes requested after confirmation may be subject to feasibility and revised pricing.
Pricing depends on menu, guest count, location, logistics, service requirements, and event date.
Any additional items or last-minute additions will be billed separately.
Delivery and service timing will be agreed in advance.
Unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, venue restrictions, or third-party factors may occur; we will coordinate transparently.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of quotation or confirmation.
If raw material procurement or production has started, cancellation may result in partial or full charges depending on the stage.
For delivered items, the customer is responsible for proper storage and timely consumption after delivery unless a service arrangement is agreed.
Instructions provided for heating or handling should be followed.
Customers should inform us in advance about any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take care, cross-contact may be possible in shared kitchen environments.
